Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY POLICY
Soop currently only delivers to the United Kingdom by Royal Mail.
UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
For off-the-shelf/ready to buy/ready to wear items (as marked) please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK.
For bespoke items please allow 2-6 weeks – on placement of your order we will advise timing. Note that we create each item to your specification and will purchase fabrics and notions accordingly which each differ in timing to secure. This is not quick, throwaway fashion, it is the production of a bespoke garment that you will use and update for years.
For bespoke orders we will keep you regularly updated on the status of your garment and anticipated timing.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery times are estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.
Soop cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
We do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, and Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

 

UK  delivery is free on all orders £250 or more, and £8 for orders £249 or less.
Provided your order has been accepted by us, your order shall be processed by Soop and we will endeavour to despatch your order in accordance with the estimated delivery times. Orders received after any specified “cut off” or “last order” time or on a day which is not a working day (that is any day on which the banks are open for business which is not a Saturday or a Sunday), will be processed on the next working day. Estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.
RETURNS POLICY
Bepoke and Personalised Products
In the main, Soop offers a bespoke service. We have to cut, buy or print your fabrics on receipt of your order, and hand make garments and bags to your request. All fabrics and trimmings are cut to your individual specification and as such the usual exchange and refund policy does not apply to bespoke and personalised products. Our products cannot therefore be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations – Bespoke Products
Because we are ordering and cutting fabrics and trimmings, we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke and personalised orders, unless within 48 hours of your order being placed. We’ll make this clear when you place your order.
Off the Shelf/Ready Made/Ready To Wear Products
Products will be clearly identified as such on the Site. If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days following your receipt or physical possession of the Products from us. If you wish to cancel your order using this legal right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in writing by emailing: enquiries@soop.style If you exercise your right to cancel the contract during the 14 days period after receipt of the goods, we reimburse you the cost of the goods using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Please return the unwanted goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered items in error to you or they were damaged or defective.
Please ensure you use a tracked returns services and keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence.
Please use the returns label supplied in your package, and include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. This will enable us to send an email confirmation to you that your parcel has been safely received. If, for any reason, you no longer have the returns label, please contact us at enquiries@soop.style
Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with any swing tags attached and in the original packaging. Soop reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
If you wish to return your order for a refund because it is faulty, please email us beforehand at enquiries @soop.style with an explanation and let us know if you would like a rectification.
We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items which can be returned free of charge by emailing enquiries@soop.style
